Characterization: Bright rosé with purple reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. The light maceration on the skins gives the wine a lively pinky hue and aromas of little red berries, wild raspberry and strawberry.
Vinification: Italian Method Vinification of red grapes without skins.
Serving temperature: chilled at 10–12°C
