Characterization: Pale straw yellow color with very fine and persistent perlage. Light flowery scent of rose and a harmonious and complete scent of ripe apples and pears with hints of citrus fruit. It is very elegant and festive sparkling wine, well balanced.
Vinification: Italian Method
Serving temperature: chilled at 8–10°C
Before serving it is recommended pouring the wine gently into a carafe, to remove its natural deposits.
