In 2023, the first traditional method sparkling wine made from Italy’s unique Boschera grape variety was produced at the Malibran winery.
The wine is a collaborative project by two winemakers, Massimo Dassie and Maurizio Favrel, with only 1,000 bottles produced.

Vinification: 50% of the wine is fermented in a stainless steel tank and 50% in a wooden barrel. This is followed by maturation in the bottle with yeast for 7 years.
Characteristics: Pale yellow color, bright and active bubbles. The taste is pleasantly citrusy, fresh, mineral. Boschera’s slightly salty aftertaste and bright acidity.
Pairings: A great aperitif. An ideal companion to crustaceans, oysters and lighter fish dishes.
