Characterization: Pale yellow color, vibrant and active bubbles. A pleasantly citrusy, fresh, and mineral taste. A lightly salty finish typical of Boscherale and bright acidity.
Vinification: Fining 8 months 50% steel 50% wood before the sparkling. Re-fermentation in a bottle, Classic Method.
Pairings: An excellent aperitif. The perfect companion for shellfish, oysters, and lighter fish dishes.
