Characterization: Crystal clear, with pale yellow color; fruity nose with notes of exotic fruits and crunchy red apple. Hints of floral notes. In the mouth has a fresh acidity with similar notes to the nose. Perfect as aperitivo, but at the same time very versatile.
Vinification and aging: 5 months fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
