This Grand Cru Champagne’s wines exclusively come from the town of Cramant, classified Grand cru, right at the top of the quality Champagne ranking. Prepared with a single variety, 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs, a blend of vines coming from several harvests among which 15% of the final blend is reserve wines. The wine is then bottled to lay on laths in cellars for at least 3 years.

Characterization: The color is a bright clear gold. The nose expresses a great youth, full of freshness and white flowers. To the palate: a remarkable length with a pleasant mineral acidity. To be served around as an aperitif but also with seafood entrées or grilled fishes like bass or red mullet.
