Area: Alta Langa, village of Rodino. As the name suggests, the grapes used to make the wine grow about 570 m above sea level.
Vinification: Fermentation in used French oak barriques at 18 Β°C and Metodo Classico fermentation at 14 Β°C. For at least 42 months on its own yeast in the bottle.
Characterization: Straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage, fine taste with an intense bouquet of bread and buttery croissants, dry, complex and agile. Great longevity and long finish in the mouth.
Pairings: Perfect with red meat, grilled fish and semi-fat hard cheeses, but it pairs well with the all meal, except desserts.
Serving temperature:Β 6 Β°C, sparkling wine glass
Storing: Up to 10 years when stored in the right conditions.
