Description
This Balsamico is aged 8 years into barrells of different woods (Cherry, Chestnut, Oak, Juniper…), and the taste is very unique: round, rich, a real bouquet of hints and flavours!
It is fruity, but also spicy, and some hints remind us to chocolate and coffee.
Because of the many years of ageing the consistence is dense, more creamy.
IGP Red Tube is ideal for meat, fish, for potato salads, with french fries, with fried meat, but also with matured cheese, such as a good Parmesan or an aged Pecorino.
