Description
This Balsamico is aged 15 years into barrells of different woods: Cherry, Chestnut, Oak, Juniper…so the taste is rich and after 15 years also the density is higher, with a more round taste.
It is fruity, but also spicy, and some hints remind us to chocolate and coffee. At same time it is highly balanced because the wine vinegar and grape must had the time to ferment and mix in a perfect way while refining.
It can be used for gourmet salads, grilled or boiled meat, on a tagliata, some strong fish like smoked salmon, but also on strawberries, on Parmesan, on all kinds of cold cuts.
