In 2023, Malibran Winery produced the first sparkling wine of the old, unique Italian variety Boschera, using the traditional method, in cooperation with oenologist Massimo Dassie.

Provenance: Sarmede, Veneto, Itaalia
Vinification: 50% of the wine is fermented in a stainless steel tank and 50% in a wooden barrel. This is followed by maturation in the bottle with yeast for 7 years.
Characteristics: Pale yellow color, bright and active bubbles. The taste is pleasantly citrusy, fresh, mineral. Boschera’s slightly salty aftertaste and bright acidity.
Pairings: A great aperitif. An ideal companion to crustaceans, oysters and lighter fish dishes.
