Vinification: Fermentation in traditional open stone tanks. Aging for 12 months in partly new and partly old oak barrels.
Characteristics: This wine has full, mild, slightly spicy tannins, elegant acidity, ripe fruity character. Black cherries and dark plums fill the mouth with pleasant berry flavors. The wine is ready to enjoy, but if kept under the right conditions, it will develop for another 3-5 years.
