Vinification: Late harvest wine made from overripe grapes. Gentle pressing, low temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats. A year of maturation in French oak barrels follows.
Characteristics: The aroma shows dried fruits, apricot, delicate honey and wildflowers. Ripe fruity and floral notes are followed by good acidity and pleasant freshness on the palate. Aneto wines also have a characteristic herbaceousness nicely present in this wine.
