The signature wine of Valentina, daughter of the Ca del Baio winery.
With the 2021 vintage, the Langhe Chardonnay Valentìne label changes its face and graphics and adapts to a painting to which Valentina feels very close: ,,The Dreams” created by the Chinese artist and painter Gao Xiang in 2014.
The wine is available in a limited edition, since only 1,600 bottles have been produced.

Characterization: The color is bright yellow. The aroma is intense and complex, you can feel sweet delicate jasmine, candied lemon, a hint of vanilla and caramel. Creamy texture, slightly buttery, fantastically layered. Very well-balanced acidity, medium-full body. The wine is fresh and lively, very elegant and deep.
Vinification and aging: Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel barrels, maturing in large oak barrels for 1 year.
Serving temperature: 12 °C, white wine glass
Pairing: Appetizers with fish and meat. It goes well with meat, fresh cheeses.
Storing: The wine is ready to be enjoyed in the summer following the harvest year. If storing is done right, the wine can be stored up to 10 years.
